SSA Mobile Wage Reporting

The Social Security Administration is so horribly flawed, their automated systems don’t even work. This app has not worked since fall of last year. It wastes your time going through the motions to say “We are unable to process your request” after trying to submit your wages. So you have to sit on hold for an hour because A) the phone system for reporting wages doesn’t work either and B) if you waste even more time waiting for a call back, they tell you you need to report wages with your local office. This whole wage-reporting system is a complete waste of time and they don’t put in any effort to make things easier for you.

A wage prediction letter confused me at first, but after looking at my Login.gov portal and speaking with a representative from Social Security, I know for sure that this app works correctly. Some people may say it's buggy and may think they're reporting incorrect wages, but those estimate letters are not the real deal. You need to wait until mid-month for the real statement letter.

I loved this app in the beginning but for the past 6-7 months I’ve reported my income through the app but it wasn’t processing it and sending the info where it needed to go so now I’ve been over paid. And now I can’t even use the app at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still displays same message with no option to report to developer or anything. I don’t like going in person to report wages but it seems like I’m going to have to now ugh

It might be great but when the SS.gov wont send you an email to sign in it’s worthless.

I’m locked out I have no way to prove who I am anymore can anyone help me please

Doesn’t work to report the wages it gives me an error every-time. Really would make it easier if it worked bummer. Have to mail stuff in because it never works.

This app has given me nothing but problems since they’ve changed how you log in. I keep getting error messages. I inputed all the information needed to only press submit and get an error message saying it cannot process at this time

I was reading the reviews here, and I see a lot of bad ones. I have not experienced any issues. I’ve been reporting my wages just fine. I’m also getting my letters every month confirming that everything was reported. I’ve only been getting SSI for 4 months, but I've never had a problem with this app so far. If that changes I certainly will be back to change my review.

I can no longer report my wages because I cannot establish my identity, despite waiting over an hour to have a video chat with one of their partners. It is a frustrating end to an app that used to be easy to use each month.

Just like any other site when you need your benefits.
