Just total trash. I mistakenly read the reviews for the personal banking app when I chose to open a business account with Sandy Spring. I do most of my banking via app, even for the business. I immediately sought another bank as soon as I tried using the app. Sandy Spring - why do you have this garbage app? You are losing business customers because of it. Are you reading the reviews?
This app is total garbage. Please replace SSB!
This app usually DOESN’T work.
For a business bank, this absolutely amateur hour. No Face ID, have to memorize my digit codes, making a deposit is like the year 2000! You have got to be able to do better than this.
So frustrating! Passwords never work each time I want to use it so I have to log onto my desktop computer to reset my password to use ebiz to deposit checks. I think it would be faster to go to the bank instead!
I had to download this in order to deposit checks into my business account. Very clunky. Try to do a mobile deposit and got an error message that I was putting in an invalid email address. Re-entered the email address five times. Change to a different email address. Same error message. Can’t make a deposit with this app. So basically would give it zero stars if I could.
When will the app have the facial recognition feature so that we don’t need to memorize yet another complex password?
I’d downloaded the app and used it successfully a few months ago, but my recent attempt requires a new download. This usually means a hassle, and this was no exception. The app now asks for an “Access Code” which seems to be different than the Company ID and User ID codes we use successfully in the eBiz online portal every day. No combination of those has worked and the “lost password” retrieval function requires that access code. Of course there’s no after hours tech support so looks like I’m out of luck for now!
The personal app or business is not working for a couple days now and no notify has been sent to let clients know!
