Updated before iOS 13 and app wouldn’t open, then updated IOS13 and it still won’t open, closes out! All my other apps work fine except for this one, needs some fine tuning me thinks..?

Who the hell do you contact when the app won’t open up ? All of a sudden!!!!!!

I have had the Dragons app on my iPhone 8 Plus for a few years now & it ha been fantastic. However a few days ago it started playing up. When I touch it the first page comes up for about 2 second & then it closes down again. I have 2day deletted it from my iPhone 8 Plus & then downloaded & reinstalled it again but it still will not open up for more than 2 seconds. Would you please look into & fix this as I would like to continue using this app, 😣

I have iPhone with os 9.3.5 and the last update doesn't work so I deleted it get updates from other sources

1. Keeps crashing 2 no drop down menu which makes it hard to navigate.3 will not open in landscape.4 does not fit into screen which means I cannot read all the text.5 No access to team store.---- 2 stopped wokIngaltogether so I deleted it re downloaded it February 2019 but it refuses to open

Claims you don't have an internet connection when loading the app. Doesn't work.

Only ringtone I receive is a a dud test ringtone
