Not a great app at all!

Huge flaw while using the app on my iPhone. The dials used to select the dates for taking holiday don’t appear. The box and the clicking as the dials rotate are there, no numbers 🙄 My workplace has told me to use the online web version, on a laptop; defeats the point of even having this app on my phone.

Who has designed this piece of rubbish

Seems to work fine on the web version just not on the app. 🤦‍♂️

The app used to work well. Since the update not able to see rota/calendar for booked shifts. ** developer contacted on feedback email 2 weeks ago, no response received back**

Got logged out and now cannot get back in. Apparently my credentials are locked to another account. Bravo! Complete waste of time.

App automatically logged me out when it was time to renew password. Renewed PWD online then attempted log in through app and was told “wrong credentials”. Changed PWD in browser again, just in case, and left it a day before attempting log in on app, yet same message came up. Cannot log in on app since, even after delegating and re-installing the app on my phone :( My manager is having to log me in and out of shifts, which adds to her long list of daily tasks unnecessarily! Very frustrating! Not happy
