Cant really see the map to create new routes + can no longer connect to Strava so it does no longer make sense to me using that app

Something have happened to navigation clues generator. Still some time ago, I could ads them tapping “Navigation Clues” in particular Course selected and then touching “+” sign in the Navigation Clues list. Now it just rolls and rolls forever and nothing happens. What is the problem solution??? BTW:it’s impossible to contact App support. What happens to You, Dear Developer?

Is this even a real company? Can’t get support. Says my account is suspended. Biggest regret is buying this bike!

This app use to work perfectly fine but then all of the sudden one day the app wouldn’t load and my rides wouldn’t sink I need this fixed asap there’s no point in using your bike computers if I can’t sink my data

Worked great for a week. Now uploads fail 100% of the time. Also can be very difficult to connect to the bike power meter.
