Works okay on iPhone, but terrible on iPad
I just used the app on my iPad for the first time, and wow, I can't believe that in 2024, it's still the iPhone version with black bars around it to fill in the screen. It's usable but minimally.

Stanford … really fix this app to also work on iPad and to use the full screen.
I am a new patient @ Byers Eye Clinic. I am an ex CVA patient as a SDH due to trauma. I’ve been nothing but grateful for the attention received. I find clinic visits satisfying and infirmary. I would like to know why my examining couldn’t be condensed in 1day especially since I have to drive >90 mi. ea way to sit in the waiting room about an hour to complete a test 10-15 min long.
I really love the ability to see and pay my bills via the app. Unfortunately, it is not comprehensive in its ability to collect all of my bills and present them in the app. Because Stanford also sends invoices via mail, I then have to reconcile which still need paying vs what doesn’t and it actually creates more mess than it prevents. Lastly, Stanford’s billing statements provide a QR code to MyHealth on the bill but they don’t provide a QR code to pay the actual bill. In many cases, the bill in question isn’t even available on MyHealth so you waste time with the shortcut. It would be much more effective if the QR code linked to a payment portal.
Not loading. Wheel just keeps spinning Plenty of gbs available Unable to log on to get new messages while attempting update When opening app only option is to update
This worked with my IPad when it first came out but now it doesn’t When I talked to Stanford support they said they didn’t support the IPad..... sad My wife can’t use it anymore... she doesn’t compute
Reading appointment notes has become a horrendous pain now that the text is wider than the screen and can't be sized to the screen. Please fix!
Ok app overall but it would be helpful to have a search feature on the message inbox or sent list to back track key words for referencing past communication with providers instead of endlessly scrolling. I really hope they include this feature since it is Stanford & pamf has this feature on their app already. Stanford should be ahead of the game here. Please make this improvement as a medical care manager it makes my job easier. Thank you for your time & consideration.
Appointment app does not open for me to tap past spot and read the summary. Very disappointing. Also, an appt shows up in messages from November 2023 that never took place.
Basic functions like charting blood markers overtime non existent. Lots of room for improvement compared to others like onemedical
