I love the game, however, it glitches and freezes up so bad. Please fix

Although Apple requires restore purchases for app with in app purchases, many do not like this one. I purchased a new iPad and when I opened this game it started me back at level one. I have been playing this games for years and made many purchases. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY! Most of us who buy Apple products with buy a new IPad, Phone or otherwise. Since you can’t restore purchases, you will lose all of your monies. Unless you don’t mind throwing your money away please be aware you can’t restore any of your past purchases.

I loved this game so much. A fun, always entertaining game. But one day I lost my game. I tried reaching out to support with my game ID and didn’t hear anything back. Would love to play again but I’m not going to start over :(

I visit other Chefs each day through the Visit other Chefs option. I am able to like their restaurant but I am unable to add them as a friend because of the 20 friends limit. Please increase this limit as you have done on your other game Star Chef 2.

This game is fun but there used to be no ads and I’m not enjoying that at all. Also the cost of items vs what your profits are make it difficult to obtain the ovens you need all while trying to purchase decorations etc to move up in chef levels. I just wish the cost wasn’t so high to get appliances. It could be a fun game but it’s so slow moving I’m not sure if it will keep my interest.

I’m literally on Level 26, this game is addicting and I have spent some money on it. The only real complaint I have is how long some of the dishes take to make even when there’s a hired chef. I just don’t feel like a whole hour is justifiable. The waiting is almost insufferable at moments. Other than that, I love it. *** MONTHS LATER*** I’m back. All the money I spent on this game is GONE. My entire restaurant is GONE. I have no idea how to restore purchases and I’m about to delete the game. I didn’t come that far just to have to re-work all over again—especially considering I spent MONEY!!! on it!!! Coming back AGAIN. Why does this game not have an option to restore purchases STILL. The game center has all my achievements as proof that I spent time and money on this game and yet, it still brings me right back to level 1 when i re-download. Give me back my resturaunt like?

Hi, I have reported this issue before a d it happened again. I bought a picket for $1.99 and that’s what’s the charge said. Then today I was hit with 9.98. Please contact me I need to speak to someone about this issue. Please and thank you.

I liked playing this game at first but the food takes way too long to cook especially in the outside barbecue area. Very minimal decorations for that area too. Like all other games it costs too much money to advance especially with new additions and new chefs. You really need more modern decor choices. The choices now are dull and mundane. Extremely dull colors and if you pick new flooring or walls, it should cover the entire floor or wall not just one tile or wall space for the money. Like really?
