It doesn’t work well. At all. Every time I try to use it, I end up frustrated and choosing to go somewhere else.
Somehow got kicked out of the app, it keeps sending me notifications but I cannot login. Website throws 500 server error, no way to reset password. Useless app! The movie theater is nice but looks like I won’t be coming anytime soon since there is no way to pre purchase tickets
Just bought several promo cards. There is no way to record the cards or check balances in the app. Seems like the company wants you to lose track of your card info. SUGGESTION-App should have a place where you can enter card number that will consolidate cards, show balance and allow purchases all from within the app
I really like the actual theaters. I don’t even much mind the upselling at point of purchase. But for the love of the FSM, PLEASE save my info or at least allow autofill. Actually having to go find my wallet and dig out my cc is SO retro and not in a good way.
The app was already barely functional but the most recent update (June 2023) has made it basically worthless. While it’s easier to read the menu, you can’t login and you can’t access your tickets. You can’t even move between showtimes to purchase tickets without going all the way back to the home screen. PLEASE FIX THIS or at least restore the app to its previous mediocre status. This version is horrible.
With the new design you can’t access the tickets on the app, we have to use the email, pls fix it! We like the app, is so convenient
With the latest update, there’s no information showing when “Coming Soon” is pressed. It just stays on the “Now Showing” information.
Tried numerous times and ap will not allow me to login .. but can log in fine on website. Tried to send info to developer but said not accepting feedback.. Can not use ap which makes it worthless.
The app works fine until you have to make a purchase, at which point it cannot process credit cards. I had to go to the website to complete the purchase. Inconvenient but truly frustrating!
Won’t even let me cancel/ reschedule my ticket after I realized I purchased the wrong date a week in advance. I only downloaded the app because the website wouldn’t work & am severely disappointed.
