I guess this game is cool and all, me being a huge Trekkie, but most of the time I’m stuck at "Communicating With Starfleet" for like two million years before the game loads up, that is, if it even loads at all. Can you like, I dunno, fix this issue?
Now I cannot play the game because it keeps crashing every time I start it. I cannot delete it and reinstall because I might lose everything that I’ve worked for. This is really really bad.

Eats battery and lags like no other game. Asphalt, real racing, vainglory etc consumes significantly less battery and runs smoothers even with more intense graphic

The game won't even make it pass the loading screen of the first Constellation vs Klingon Warbird. It stays loading till the game kills itself.

One of the main aspects of the game, Fleet Boss Battles, is completely unobtainable to continue to progress by most. It requires you to beat the hardest level at 100%, and if you can’t, you no longer receive the materials needed to progress and are forever locked out of this portion of the game. Been stuck on bridge level 13 for months now and see no hope of ever being able to go further, thereby missing out on rewards that are essential to the game as a whole. The goal post is too high, I imagine only a fully active fleet of high level players can do it, and the rest of us are just locked out forever. It makes it feel pointless to continue playing at all.
The game is decent enough to enjoy if it were not from the buggy ads. When the ads are shown the game becomes sluggish and unresponsive. Which causes the game to crush OFTEN. And when the game crashes that means that all progress is lost and the currency paid to start the mission is lost, a nice double whammy of fk you. FYI The #1 thread on the Wicked Realms games forum for bugs is this exact issue, dating back to September 2018. So if you enjoy buggy games, well then join the fun.
