My game is a little bugged sins some attacks on my villains and heroes does not have sounds anymore can you fix it?

This game is a great example to never be able to catch up on as a free to play pay to play will always get the better rewards
What happened?
This game used to be so fun and (relatively) fair for f2p players with the conquest and gc but now it’s like we have to spend 20+ dollars monthly just to have a chance in grand arena, this latest update is definitely making me want to play this game less and less, after 2+ years of playing this game I want to stop because of all the new additions that forces people to pay money if they want a chance, the least they could do is at another challenge for gc where you can get more points just by completing the gc and still have the one where you can complete it with the pass active

Trash game.
Latest IOS failure…
Spent 50 euros last month, with the new IOS update, the game doesn’t work anymore (waited a week, but still not work, uninstall and reinstall, not working), it tries to load a upgrade for the game, but stays at 0% download… I will find another game instead, this sucks!!
