The course selection is awesome, but I can’t take advantage of it if none of the courses will load :/

i’m CONSTANTLY having to delete and redownload my app because of crashing issues. As someone who’s getting paid by this company to use this app on company time it’s very frustrating when i can’t due to these technical issues that have apparently been going on for a year or longer. With the coffee master courses being rolled out again throughout the country and rapidly at that please fix the bugs

Every time I go to open the app, it quits automatically before it opens. This has been happening for months, and it doesn’t look like it will be fixed anytime soon.

Can’t access courses, freezes when I click anything but the Home Screen, can’t do ANYTHING on the app. What a disappointment.

It keeps crashing and freezing I haven’t been able to use the app in months. So I’m forced to use my laptop but it’s not convenient to whip out my laptop every time I wanna do a course during my 10 or 30 at work

FIX THE MOBILE BUG THAT FREEZES APPLICATION. So annoying that it doesn’t work

This App literally doesn’t work in even the most basic sense. Do anything and it freezes.

Was able to download the app, create an account and download my first course fine. Since then, I haven’t been able to open a single course it just freezes the app. Very frustrating and annoying. Just want to learn my Starbucks and grow my career knowledge.

I was exciting to start my Starbucks coffee academy but unfortunately this app keeps freezing and crashing every time I try to start my courses. I’ve tried reinstalling and refreshing but this app just doesn’t seem to work at all. Disappointing

This app use to work great a few months ago but now I go to click on one of my courses and it freezes. I haven’t been able to open my courses at all from this app. This needs a fix!
