StarHub Prepaid App

I have prepaid number. After login (despite several messages that server was busy) the app told me that number is about to expire and offeres top up. After I press Top Up, the app goes black screen and closes, so it’s impossible to top up (to keep my number) and it will expire because of poor app quality.

When multiple tapping on show details and hide details icon, the app will crashes. It’s a bug, kindly look into this issue. Please look into these issues.

Lousy app… too slow while ipening if you are logged out … requesting otp while login throws error hell lot times … fix this super slow turtle app

It’s quite sad that the app doesnt work when I am on 4G :(

I am using StarHub prepaid card and 99% of the time , cannot login in mobile data . It takes a long time to see the login page . I can even write better app than this

Worst telco app I have ever used. Not able to login at all. Login works very randomly. Seems the prepaid app is never maintained.

When it already unable to open, I don't understand what is the purpose to created this useless app
