This App is very difficult to follow, unable to find a set of instructions anywhere and is expensive to purchase.It would nice if one could actually get into One of the videos you are supposed to be able to access. Looks good when viewing the App but that's where it stops. Very disappointed with this program

Great app great information

Disappointed in this app. The most expensive of its kind yet limited in usefulness. As a previous reviewer mentioned, there are hardly any lower body exercises. It should not say full body workout when it's clearly not. Wish I could get a refund.
