エクササイズのムービーは参考になるし、プログラムやワークアウトの作成の機能も良くできている。トレーニングしながら使うのにとても良い。でも、エクササイズの数が少な過ぎる。値段に見合わないと思う。

ビデオだけかと思いきや、 タイマー付きでしたので、 インターバルトレ出来ますので、 値段の価値ありかな。 アップデートで、ビデオを増やしてね

So happy I stumbled across this program!

I used to go to a gym with VIPR classes. I loved it. Now I go to a gym that has these but no training. So love the self training. Best workouts for me.

Great app… Makes me feel like I'm working out with a trainer

Need more. It would be great if we could add our own exercises to the app. Even if without video it would be nice.

I am a physical therapist in a sport performance clinic. We use this thing for everyone...from our collegiate soccer players to our old ladies with hip replacements. This app is a great tool to drive your own workouts or to help clients keep their form if you're not standing by. Keep those videos coming!!

I'm an Equinox personal trainer and we use ViPR everyday in our club. It's an amazing tool and this app will really help you get the most out of it. The demos are very good and shot at good camera angles. I'd love to see more exercises on here in the future.

Love this app. It is great that you can customize. Just wish that there were a few more e exercises.
