Starline Taxis Cheltenham

Not local, don’t know the area.. driver was on way, we waited outside and the driver cancelled 4 mins before arriving! App deleted, we come to Cheltenham a lot and will never use this firm again. Luckily pre booked with another firm for 30mins later as read the reviews

I have to change my pickup address multiple times during any booking and when I called the office to say it had gone wrong the guy at Starline was really rude front he outset, accusing me of putting in the wrong address and aggressive.

Terrible app, couldn’t register my card and then it wouldn’t let me book a taxi for a later time. Buggy app. Even more frustrating as a Starline taxi driver had told me of for using Uber and said to use this app as it’s cheaper- definitely won’t be !!

If you have any issues with the app, the company will ban you from using the services and just cancel every taxi you order. Use another company

Swish UI, but slow and clunky. buggy and functions are slow. Slow and unnecessary intro screen. Spend less time making it look pretty and make it faster and more functional.

Booked taxi in advance but arrived 20 minutes late. What is the r point of offering this service if you can’t commit to do it?

Despite pre booking with lots of notice, cabs are often very late. The operators say they cannot control traffic- well as people who should be well experienced in morning traffic in Cheltenham, some pre planning would help. It’s not like it’s not every day!

Have gone to use this app twice. Both occasions I’ve cancelled in plenty of time. Yet a taxi still was sent…

Take Bookings when no taxis are available and then don’t turn up and blame you as it’s a busy night, not with the effort of downloading the app. Complete joke!

Downloaded. Set up a profile. Added card details. Ordered taxi. Booking declined as my card wasn’t approved. Complete rubbish as I immediately had a small pre-authorisation on my account. Deleted. Bye.
