This Starlink is very poor as of the moment. If you’re a gamer, this starlink isn’t for you. It’s utterly useless cos the network keeps on dropping every 30 secs.

Very slow response to customer complaint

How do y'all create a page to see devices but we can't manage those devices. I keep changing passwords here and there due to unauthorized access to my router.

DEAR STAR LINK/Elon Musk Please add a feature for the Operator to disable/Remove connected devices through the App, this is urgently needed as soon as possible... I'll update this review when it's done

Sometimes, I see connected device I already disconnected still connected. I wish to be able to block or manage devices connected by myself

The app is missing an option to disconnect unauthorized users/ access. It would be a good idea to include this in a future update.

Please add an option to kick out devices

Wish they can add a settings to kick out unwanted users. Sharing Wi-Fi password

The cost of subscription in Nigeria is getting too much every day, I believe start will solve this problem
