I am not able to access the app via the internet whilst using the mobile network. However it is possible to connect using Wi-Fi. The error message I get is as follows: “No internet connection, please confirm the network status or try again later.” Please have a look and fix this.

This application cannot launch at iPhone 7 plus （iOS 13.3）at all. I wish it can be addressed A.S.A.P. Best wish

了解App有更新上的必要，但是不是應該有一個略過鍵或者是下次再更新的鍵呢？因為有好幾次被要求App更新卻遲遲無法執行，搞得我進退不得，無法訂機票也無法完成App更新。是不是可以參考其他的航空公司的App，能多一個下次再更新鍵或者是略過鍵。
