Great servce

I am not able to drive and my van is totally broken. Oh what to do? No problem. I live on the East side of Jackson and can call OnDemand. The drivers are so good kind and dependable. I am so thankful for this wonderful service!! So thankful everyday!

Earlier this evening I was coming home from Albertsons, but the app said I had to wait 30 minutes, then it changed to 45 minutes.

What an amazing addition to Jackson hole, transportation systems… The only weakness is that the that is That the time doesn’t change when the driver is stuck in traffic on their way to pick you up. But everything else was 100% and most of all it allows Jackson people to stop driving!

We live in Jackson and I rolled our only vehicle down a mountain side a week ago. Liability only insurance. As a result, I lost my job which our apartment is tied to as well. I had been walking to interviews and then I remembered I could use this app. The drivers have been fantastic! I cannot get over how convenient it is! This is truly a god send for me! Thanks Jackson!

Great app. Easy to use fast service and drivers arrive in 4-19 minutes !

Works great on my iPhone but not very well on my Samsung Android phone. The lodging list doesn’t fully load on Android.

When it works, great, free and top notch service. When you actually need it like heading to work at 3:30 PM, 100% stay away from this. They give you an initial wait time of say 15 minutes only for you to watch it change 17 times totaling an hour and 10 minutes. I'm not exaggerating numbers are real haven't experienced once but on average 4 rides a week out of 7. I stopped using this due to being involuntarily late to work because of the drivers keep changing their estimated arrival time. They also change it later in the night too from 10 minutes to 57 what I experienced max, at least I didn't need to be there in certain time. Ultimately, for those who needs to be somewhere at certain time, and if you don't want to get fired because of the drivers being constantly super late, just call an Uber instead. If not, it's free and comfortable ride after an hour wait so why not? I'd give it 5 stars if ETAs weren't this untrustable. If they fix it someday, definitely 5 stars. İt's okay if I can't use it certain times, all I want is honesty so I don't rely on something that fails me in front of my boss.
