Start Stretching

9 exercises to get your stretching. VERY easy app to use (saying this as a complete beginner to stretching). I would have given it a 5 if there were more stretches, but you can’t argue at the 9 available on the basis the app is free!👌🏼

It’s a great app. I use it as a pre workout stretch before weight training, martial arts or even HiiT training

But this app does it. It doesn’t have a vast array of stretches or options. It doesn’t have flashy videos or celebrity voiceovers, and it’s better for it tbh. It’s easy to get bogged down with too many options when it comes to exercise. There’s no frills or distractions on this app. You open it, set the time per stretch and go.

I love Thai app bc my back was really aching and ever since i got this app it Andre if so much better! :)there is no adverts what do ever! <3

So I’ve got 9 stretches on this and it never changes. Is this correct?

Been using the app for years now every evening and it’s really helped to improve my flexibility! Simple interface, great timing options, love that it has a statistics function that shows you how much you’ve stretched over a week, month and all time. Thanks for helping to stretch me out!

I think the app is great. A couple of the things would be really brilliant is if you could run the programmes (basic and premium) back to back or even better select elements from Both. Also I find the beeping a bit much. A single sound would be great. But it’s really just what I needed
