I recharge now 3300 but is still showing not subscription

Can you guys make it possible for someone to use the picture in feature. Like when I minimize from the app to other apps. I should still be able to watch same way GOtv stream makes it possible

Channels not working

I just subscribed and the channels are not working for the past 3days

Fix the problems

I hate the fact that I use my money to subscribe and I’m unable to watch the Channel I subscribed for most especially, I just want my starlife to work, it’s neither showing live nor replay. I wish I could get a refund back cos it’s pissing me off already, tried connecting with the customer care but it’s Down. This is really bad so what’s the use of subscribing

Put my subscription

Dtt basic has about 40 channels and I subscribe 3300 for dtt basic but only 20 channels are playing, others are still showing unsubscribed which is not right This is the second time this happened

Bring back los bastardos

Please you people should bring back (los bastardos) please want to watch it

Cannot remove debit card in app

The app is so annoying. There is no option of removing debit card on the payment. Please fix this I don’t want my debit card saved on the app

Poor service, better you upgraded your service, it doesn’t open on time, so slow that you run out of patience 😡😡😡

Please make the app overlay possible,so we can be watching and doing other things on the phone,the movie existing when we leave the app is too old school please,do something
