Startpage - Private Browser

I couldn't stomach using Google anymore after they removed women's history month, Black History month, Pride month, Holocaust remembrance Day etc from their official calendar. I needed an alternative & I am beyond impressed with this search engine/kind of bewildered how I've never heard of it before. The quality of the search results is literally identical, I haven't been able to notice a difference beyond slightly less ads. 10/10 from an impressed & grateful Canadian:)

Great browser. Good job team. I wish to see some improvements. Specially with bookmarks. No way to sort or rearrange. Folders don’t come first. No option to export. Also, waiting for macOS version. Thanks in advance.

I’m constantly having to prove that I’m not a bot. It’s stupid. Look up three things in 24 hours and you’re a bot. Well here is a one star review a bot does not do that

I’m Canadian and I was looking for an alternative to American Google after Trump wanted to impose tariffs. Although I was looking for an alternative, I was looking also for something just as good or better than Google. I switched and didn’t feel the difference . I started exploring this application and wow, it’s amazing. Not only I didn’t feel the difference it’s got features that are amazing. I highly recommend this application if you’re looking for something better than Google.

The Data Zapper is great, however, this browser needs a dark mode

When will a company start to make a useful and innovation browser? The search engine in this one is sick/ill just like every other browser out there. Useless. Uninstalled.

Added an excellent function of quick deletion of history and other data of visited sites. Now you don't need to go into the settings anywhere. Anonymous viewing is a good opportunity to view the necessary information. Especially in countries where there are regional restrictions.

Startpage is an outstanding app for anyone who values privacy and security. I’ve been using it for a while, and it has consistently impressed me with its performance and features for protecting user data. The search results are accurate and relevant, but without the tracking and profiling.

Lots of premium brands and online stores vs mainstream search engines that are inundated with cheap drop shipping and marketplaces.
