Paid for subscription in January 2024
Paid for renewal in January 2024. All year I have been unable to add new information. The app states renew membership. However, even though I have the receipt from January, I try to renew. The app then states that I’m already a member. There is no customer service representative to speak with. With all that said I’d rate customer service as a 0 because I’ve been unable to contact someone. I’ve left 2 messages on the number included in the privacy policy section. I have never received followup. The app seems to be useful I am just unable to use it because of glitches in their system.
