Used to be a 5
Was a 5 star until sound themes stopped working. Like that you can pause or go back the length you want. Another app gives you no choice. It just date rats over. Like that you can also stretch it out.

Helpful relaxation induction
If you're a stress -eater, you might want to try this. It is relaxing and it helps me get a quick cat nap which makes it less likely that I 'll eat mindlessly.
Good for weight loss and sleep
This is super helpful in putting me to sleep - I'm a bit of an insomniac, but the woman's voice puts me right out! I also find that whenever I listen to this my food choices change and my cravings for bad food are curbed considerably. It's awesome.
Great Flexibility
Lets you end with sleep or wake. Lets you repeat the main session. Lots of choices for more sessions.

Liking this app
I have been using this app for about a week and a half now. Much to soon to tell 100% that YES, this app works and I have lost all the weight I have wanted to loose. However, what I have noticed is that I do not find myself nearly as hungry as I was a week and a half ago. I am not constantly opening the fridge every time I pass it expecting something to suddenly appear that was not there an hour ago. My portions are smaller as well, and I am not letting my eyes rule my stomach when I fix my meals. Time will be the true test for this app, but so far, I am liking the results.
Very relaxing
This is very relaxing when trying to sleep. I Haven't been able to stay awake through the countdown from 10 so I have no recollection of what she says after that. I do find myself snacking less and my self control has definitely improved. Very good tool to try to get healthy. Pint of Ben & Jerry's, or a weight loss app that may help save your life in the long run??? You be the judge.
