Worst ever this apps don’t use this they will make crazy for you!!!

Despite bringing this issue to the attention of stc pay weeks ago, neither the call center team nor the customer service team handling emails have been able to resolve the matter. I do not recommend using this app due to its lack of security features and unskilled customer service support.

It's not advisable to use this card in the GCC. Whenever we used it in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, we were charged more than 8% for money exchange and only 0.5% for cash back, which is not the 3 to 4% they advertise on their app.

Always holding our money while send and if we call agent they are not giving proper answer very bad I will not suggest anyone no value for our money!!

Want to send money but can’t add receiver, when it comes to put date of birth app get close everytime

STC pay cards cant be added to Apple wallet which is an awkward thing while all other mobile softwares support all type of cards, why STC doesn’t resolve this issue which has been outstanding for the last 8 months !!! This is so embarrassing !!!

Very sad, can’t add virtual card to Apple Wallet. Issuing Fee for physical card, annual fees. At least let us add the virtual card to Apple Wallet. Cash out has been locked. Wow low spenders are suffering.

I have sent 5 email regards my payout issues and no responds from the end .worst service .They dont care about the customer money.No proper reply aftr Many calls and Emails.This people are deserv an award for worst service..its been 2 months ..my money not credited and the customer care not answering my calls
