Boy oh boy where to begin this is the worst headset I have ever purchased in my life you’re honestly better off with a cheap 20$ one that actually works when it comes out of the box. If you’re on Xbox like me the headset will not allow you to talk to anyone!!! I’m using the Arctis Nova 1 and the microphone straight up just doesn’t work I hope someone uses your company to the ground.

Arctic pro wireless from Best Buy doesn’t connect to companion app. Bought thinking these were new and would connect the their own app but doesn’t seem to be the case.

I got the nova 7 and it said to download this app and I tired it but it’s not compatible with my head set is there another app or is there a update I’m not seeing or what

I’ve looked everywhere for a way to adjust the mic sensitivity on my nova 7x im pretty disappointed it’s been so difficult to find and adjust

Will rate higher once support for the nova 4’s are on there, the side tones are killing my head on them

Just picked up the game buds and love the different presets for games. Would love for them to update the app to include the new COD BO6

Doesn’t work with Xbox after last update.

No version for Arctic Nova 4. Won’t pair with my iPhone, but they continue to sell it to people knowing full well that they can’t pair it. Disgusting.

This app is super handy for switching game EQs when playing Xbox.
