Stellar Cam

Absolutely love my Stellar cam. Woks great!

All three of my cameras worked intermittently now none will connect to my phone and app.!! Please update and advise.

The app crashed and now doesn’t accept my username. Doesn’t accept a new username either. Completely useless

The camera itself is pretty good. It works fine and turns on lights when it detects motion. However I hate that you have to login every time you enter the app. It gets very frustrating that you cannot view the video quickly as you have to take time to login.

Motion alerts worked well when I first got this camera; however, it just all of a sudden stopped alerting me when motion was detected and the camera was running. Isn’t really helpful if it doesn’t alert me when I am gone and motion is detected. Light comes on randomly and sometimes doesn’t come on at all when recording, which doesn’t help at night. Seems like the light and recording should happen at the same time at night. The app is slow to respond often. I wouldn’t purchase this again.

Camera works great when the app works. Camera will not keep settings for motion detection and also won’t let you view live view half the time. Can’t use the app it won’t work properly so the camera are basically paper weights. But when they work I am happy with them . Also the app says software is out of date but is on the latest version

Although the video quality is good, it’s pretty useless when the software won’t work properly. The recordings are unreliable at best, and for the last 4 months they’re just totally nonexistent. The only way I can use this camera is to use it in live view. Nothing records. Ever. I do get notifications, but what good is that without recording? I can’t open my phone every five minutes to watch my front porch activity. Such a disappointment and such a waste of money.

App crashes, motion detection does not retain settings. Support none responsive when contacted about these issues. This company needs to invest some serious effort into fixing these issues in order to retain clients.

The floodlight and cam works. Some steps would be better with more specific instructions.
