The 7 day free trial is NOT worth the cost you might incur, if like me it was hard to cancel. I had to despute a charge after trying to cancel. I still paid for a month of this and disputed a Second months 183$! Charge. Also there are many CBT-I free and low cost resources online! Don’t get caught out.
After the app helped me sleep only after two days, I decided to delete it because I didn’t need it anymore. I thought I deleted my subscription but I saw they charged me after my one-week trial was up. I asked for a refund, never really expecting to get one but they refunded me entirely. This made my day and I 100% recommend this app to anyone.
It’s only been a week and my life has changed. The creators of this program truly care about helping people
I had subscribed to this 6 months ago and stopped using it. Without warning they renew my subscription which triggers a fraud alert on my credit card. Unbelievable. No email saying hey we’re going to renew. My wife cancels our card thinking it’s fraud. Horrible. It’s nothing but a poorly thought out rehash of CBTi. The price is too high and their customer service is seriously shady. Stay away.
I was having severe insomnia and through this app, prayer, major life changes, and focus I was able to restore my sleep. Not only did I learn so much about sleep but I learned a lot about mindset, how our brains work and so much more. 5/5 - don’t hesitate, do it.
For me, it’s not working. I’m getting less sleep than when I started this program three weeks ago. I think the issue is that this seems to focus on those who have trouble falling asleep. It does briefly mention those with issues waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep, but only very little. That’s the problem I have and I’ve found this to be ineffective for that. Since I’ve started this, I’ve only been able to fall back asleep one time and and am typically getting about 4 hours of sleep a night. The other concern I have is that this is a very difficult and controversial approach to overcoming insomnia. The central element is sleep restriction therapy. It is absolutely brutal, but you don’t get the details as to just how brutal this approach is until after the low introductory cost for the first week has passed and you’ve been billed a hefty sum for your subscription. My bad for not doing my due diligence before signing up, but I’m pretty worn out and willing to try just about anything. Maybe it will get better, but so far it is absolutely terrible and I’m much worse off than before I started it. It would have been nice to know just how difficult this was before I paid for the subscription. That being said, from other reviews I’ve read, it does seem to work for other people. I’m just not one of them.
It works just like Noom, giving 3-5 minutes of education per day, and having you log sleep and commitments. Improved my sleep almost immediately. Has been a real lifesaver, helping me get rejuvenating sleep without the struggle.
This program is fantastic. My hope is that there will be added content for those of us who do shift work. This line of work makes it impossible to have the same bedtime and wake up time everyday. Would love to hear some suggestions.
The app doesn’t enforce when I should be watching the videos, I didn’t know I was supposed to watch them. So I started a week later than I’m supposed to :( It would be better if the app reminds me that I need to watch those videos everyday. As well as, the program heavily recommends sleep restriction, because I can’t do sleep restriction, I felt left out watching the videos in the second week. I really want to try out sleep restriction, but I have a dog I need to walk everyday and I can’t do that on sleep restriction. I also need to study for my GED, I cant study if I restrict my sleep. It was stressful opting out of the sleep restriction program, but it was even more stressful seeing that the videos were centered around sleep restriction.
