Great app for guidance and inspiration!
This is my second review …. I’m finding that these mini daily and monthly challenges are more effective than one would think for such a short duration. Just today , the cervical neck exercise and punching up in the air helped loosen me up before doing chores. I love the variety of short or long sessions that gives you the option for what fits into your schedule! Add in Steph’s positive reinforcement and it’s a win win!
