The problem seems beyond the bank.

I was enjoying the old interface without any issues/bugs, until I updated the latest version and boom I can’t log in. I should’ve keep my old version tho😢

This app is so buggy. Every month it refuses to open “Token General Error” you have to go to the bank to generate another token. It’s so bad. I’d rate it zero stars if I could. Just bring the old app back

This upgrade is more than terrible and i regret upgrading my mtoken,always saying token general error

This last update has weakened my business transactions lately, the token is saying “general token error” for two week now and it looks like it’s beyond the control of the mother bank because it hasn’t been restored

Not given me any issues since I downloaded

App has crashed even again. Another letter has to be written. 😥😥😥😥

Same biometric problem for over 5 years now

Once the biometric login feature is set on, app does not come up again. Kindly fix

It doesn’t work with IPhone 5s, it’s a failed app
