Great moment

After completing the whole thing you get told you will be joining a waiting list.. it’s been weeks and so far nothing. Also got invited to teams, completed and submitted the form twice and it did not work, I never received even an email saying they received it. Honestly this app has been a waste of time.

No care for the students working.

The rate of cancellations from businesses is alarming. According to stint, “the business cancelled” but it is just the operators blacklisting some stinters for no genuine reason. The barest minimum is done when “The businesses cancel” totally disrupting plans of stinters with an “Oops mail” but when the stinters cancel; The consequences are of an insane magnitude. Or the app reassigning jobs for no good reason. You don’t get paid the next day by the way, you get paid the following week 🙄

I really wouldn’t recommend this. I can’t even comment on how well this whole system works because I literally waited more than 6 months now just to get a stint and once I applied , it didn’t go through. So yeah don’t waste your time. Maybe people might have better luck in another city? This is in Newcastle.

I was told I’d have to take some online training so I waited for a link but 5 days and 3 messages later, I still haven’t heard anything back. atrocious and embarrassing levels of professionalism. don’t come responding to this saying “we’re really sorry this happened” etc. my messages have been left on read. stop wasting people’s time.

I am from Manchester which is a pretty big city so you would expect there to be some jobs but there never is and even if there where jobs i could not except then as my account has been on the the waitlist for MONTHS

Stint is literally the best organization that provides you with shifts through their app.

Was a great experience

It did take a while to get verified, however, the customer support team were in contact with me soon after I had written my review and then verified me promptly. Kudos to them for that!
