This app is absolutely the worst. It takes forever to load, hangs anytime. Latest issue - I cant select my child’s name to place an order😵‍💫

I don’t think I’ve ever bothered writing a review for an app, but whoever develops and/or owns this really needs to know how painful it is. I’m not sure whether you’re parents but I am dumbfounded how it passed testing. As a parent, when we order a lunch order we need it to be fast, reliable and convenient. All the things this app is not. Sometimes we’re ordering because it’s a special occasion, most of the time it’s because we’re unorganised, don’t have anything at home for lunch and are in a rush. It’s just taken me around 15 minutes to order for my kids, because it takes so long to load once you select an item and need to move to the next thing. I was actually surprised I was able to pay and complete the order, because there’s been many times I’ve got to this step and it’s stayed on the spinning wheel of death. I used to order my kids a lunch order every Friday as a treat and now they’re lucky to get one once a term because I avoid having to use this painful app. There’s actually been times I’ve chosen the mad morning dash to the supermarket before school over trying to use this thing. Please sort it out. Update 03/05 - I tried to use this app again this morning and after 45 minutes of the spinning wheel of death on the payment screen, I gave up and had to do a mad dash to Woolies. I’m stressed and then the kids are stressed and it’s a horrible way to start the morning. I’m boycotting the app and ordering from the canteen until the school chooses to get a new supplier or the app can work reliably.

This app does not work, we made logins used it for a bit, then it stopped working, then we tried the delete the app re installed it, unable to log in as credentials don’t match. Try and reset password, no rest instructions were sent to our email. Unable to use that account now… We created a new log in, with a new email and password, we added the students, added payment details, then it says again, you need students to order, why when there are students added. At this stage we cannot log in the the new account i JUST created or the old one. I cannot reset logins and have run out of emails to make any new account. This is such a poor app it is not even funny. It does not work!

By the time you order something via this app, you could go to Coles and do your grocery shopping for the whole week.

The app is terrible. I’m currently looking at the spinning wheel of death for the umpteenth time and will need to get a “special” lunch on the way to school. Luckily for us we don’t use this lunch order system for emergency lunches as we’d be in trouble. Schools need to demand better if they are going to use this company moving forward. Food is also a little bit meh, and my 11yo hasn’t had a lunch order in two years because he says it’s so ordinary.

Unfortunately our local high and primary school decided to use this mob for their canteen. Since coming on board, there has been nothing but problems. Can’t seem to delete items from the cart, error messages and now I seem to have 6 hot dogs with sauce on order but it won’t seem to delete the orders or accept my student names. I have asked to have my account deleted and reset, but the person who dose this doesn’t seem to ever be at work. Useless. Pointless app. Don’t bother using it at any school or organisation.

Busy household? Running late? Don’t have any bread in the house? Want to make life easier? Stir crazy doesn’t help in any way and I’m sure exists to drive you insane. I have 4 different profiles and play a game of ‘which profile’ will work today every time I make a lunch order. Save yourself the hassle, get a paper bag, write the order on it and place $10 in it. This app will cause frustration to level that I didn’t think possible.

As a mum, ordering your children’s lunch orders should be easy. I don’t have any bread at home, I’ve been unwell and just come out of hospital. With the cut off time being 8am really doesn’t give me enough time when this stupid app takes a million years to load. In fact I counted that each step you are averaging 1-2 minutes loading time just to add an item to cart and then trying to pay for them is another problem. I have once had my girls call from school saying there lunch order did not come because the app didn’t load the payment page and timed out. I didn’t know and assumed they would be getting there lunches.. I don’t understand why we are being forced to continue to use this app while other schools are using much easier ones! It seems the canteen ladies really don’t care about the parents needs not out to listen but will happily take our children’s money at the canteen each day. I’m very annoyed!!

How can something that should be so simple be so terrible, this so called application is by far the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever seen, it’s slow, Its feature less, like just adds reorder function. I’m sure they could’ve spent a bit more time on UAT. This is as bad as I’ve seen, sorry but 1 star

Please please please invest in getting this app fixed or redeveloped. The performance is terrible and the design is counter intuitive. I am repeatedly faced with spinning wheels, time outs, the menu disappearing when trying to order a simple lunch for my children. It is incredibly frustrating. Ordering from the app is meant to be faster than either ordering directly from the canteen, writing items on a paper bag or making the lunches myself! I can see that your reviews are consistently bad. Please understand that your app is causing a great level of frustration for parents.
