This is an absolutely faked thing. Can‘t even call it a company. The promised free-trial was a fake. If i write sth in their forum, I send the thread, it says i will get directed to it. In my thread the complain how misleading everything is. But, it just opened a new box with my title to type in everything again!!! I went back, everything was deleted!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM Update!!! (5-6 months after this rating). For the free trial i had to make an abonnement, which I cancelled right away when they did not provide the promised service. Now I was very busy in life, that credit card account I use, is a virtual credit card and did not use it since then. Today I checked the account because a friend has send me money on it and saw the alert of - manipulation attempt! What did they do? Use it and tried to steal the money for the abo, which is said to only be used in case the trial rund out and the abo going. Which I cancelled a few minutes after I realized sth, is wrong, as said!!!

Show me an error all the time and they could fix it, no free or paid photos downloaded

They will RIP YOU OFF!!! Ridiculous sign in .. says error when signing in.. no way to recover email because says email doesn’t exist… zero support component waste of my life trying to figure out how to login in!! It’s soooooooooooo frustrating I’ll pay whatever on another app to NEVER have to deal with this one again.. wow!!

Ridiculous prices for “free” stock photos. Most you can find searching the Internet. Save your money on the subscription.

After considerable tech difficulties with the app, I was finally able to log in and access a promo they were running—15 free downloads—only to discover that the photos are STILL stamped with the logo, and the “free downloads” are for evaluative purposes only. It’s a promo designed to get you to commit to them, get your cc number, set up an account, but absolutely nothing about it is free.

Been contributing to a variety of stock image sites. Have no issues with Adobe, Alamy, 123rf, Pond5, and others. Dreamstime he been nothing but headaches. No transparency. Staff rejects images everybody else happily accepts. No explanation as to why. Tried contacting customer service, and it only gets worse. Avoid with extreme prejudice. This app is a waste of time and money.

It says “free stock photos” and I downloaded the app. When I found out it wasn’t free, I deleted the app. A charge just showed up in my bank for $25 from Dreamtime.com. I couldn’t even sign in to cancel because they do not have my correct email. I have no record of a purchase or subscription from Apple, so I can’t dispute it. I had to dispute it with the bank and now need a new banking card! I noticed they didn’t even post this. And my husband just got a notice in his email and HE’S NEVER EVEN CONTACTED THIS APP!

they make you subscribe to paying before you can download and when you try to download it doesn’t let you. it’s a scam they just take your money! don’t make the mistake I did! don’t download!
