App is easy to use but notifications are a day behind

The app is easy to use but notifications for purchases, balances, etc. are 24 hours behind. The other financial apps I use, I receive notifications instantly and my account updates instantly.

This app is so hard to use

My bank was purchased by Stock Yards, forcing me to switch to this app. I am seriously considering switching to a bank that lets me lock my card if I’ve temporarily misplaced it like my old app did. I also frequently log on just to find it won’t display any information about my accounts.
