Stockroom Inventory

Stumbled across this app while looking for an easier way then manual stock take . It’s a great app and is relatively easy to use. Emailed the developer a few times to get instructions on template design and they were really helpful

I use this to keep track of all my materials on an electrician van. I added images of everything and descriptions to show my apprentice if I need him to run and grab something, I even put in their description where they are stored in the van. There are basically no ads aside from one tiny one that’s on a screen you’ll hardly visit. Only thing I can ask for is a way to change quantities without going into the edit mode. 10/10

This has been the best app I’ve found to help keep track of my collections, the only thing I wish it had was the availability to Alphabetize the folders, otherwise I love this app and how useful it is

This app really helped me get a handle on what I have, and where it is/ where it’s supposed to go. Very simple, intuitive setup. Allows for pictures and notes. I spent a couple of Sundays getting an inventory, and now whenever I get something new, I add it into the proper folder. I only wish that when you searched for something, it would tell you where that thing is stored. This is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Overall a great app. Definitely would recommend if you are trying to get a handle on your possessions.

Honestly this app has surpassed my expectations!!! The only thing that would make this slightly better if we could sort the folders ours selves and decide the order they go and for items as well instead of when they were created or alphabetical.

Create folders and add items to each folder works great. I can detail inventory for each folder which represents each box of stock I have in my stock room. Search is a great feature however item details do not indicate what folder the item came from. So now I have search results for the item I need but I still have to go into each folder to find where the item is located in. This is good for a free app but going to look for a different app with a better search feature.

The app is very user-friendly. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be the ability to add multiple photos at once, rather than having to press the “add photo” button for each one. Additionally, it would be convenient to have the option to press and hold items to access a submenu of actions to choose from. Overall, great job to the developers of the app!
