I scanned a real diamond an it said it was a sun stone it doesn’t work

This app doesn’t really show me the name of the rock and I have to pay to see the price. It’s a complete liar.

They say its free and then they want you to pay 8$ every week . Don’t get baited to that nonsence

Literally, we should not need to pay to find out how much money literally a rock is that’s why I gave this one star review

I just downloaded this and when I did, I was so excited and then I looked to scan. It said pay money so you can see the real price but there’s one thing I don’t want to pay. It said you didn’t have to pay. It was free and you could do it without paying and knowing the price like that but no, you have to pay to know the price so please fix this or I’m gonna give more bad ratings and, if you fix this I will give you a better review on this but if you don’t fix this, people are not gonna want to download it ever so please fix this soon because I have things that look valuable rocks and it won’t show me it

I scan several rocks into the app and it did not get one of them right I put petrified wood in there. I put ribbon agate and a few others to name that it did not get one rock named correctly

I can check the same stone three times and it will give me three different answers on pretty much every stone. I’ve asked to identify.

I try to test the app but everything need be registered. Deleted

I downloaded for the free 3 day trial and these people still charged me $10.71. I have no way of asking for my money no numbers no nothing. I have a real 1 carat ring on and it's saying it's another tutor of coal some worth nothing lol...😂😂
