Very frustrating

I actually loved this game, it was my go to…. I had gotten very far and I paid to not have all the ADS …..Well the game locked up one night when I was trying to go way back to one of the very first levels and it literally got stuck so as of tonight I finally deleted the game. So not only did I lose my progress but I lost the money spent as well grrrrr I can’t even put in words how irritating that is but please fix it so no one else has this issue. The game is great very addictive but that was some crap

The age range is to high

I just wanted to play the game and before I was able to but now that the age has went up my screen time now blocks me from playing. Please lower the age range please.

Glitch I think???

The game is fun and addictive but after playing for a while no matter how many upgrades you make the truck will struggle to break anything. I don’t know why it’s doing this tho

Ran into a bug makes the game nearly inoperable

I’ve played this for a while as well as purchased multiple upgrades. I’ve beat all the levels and continue to play to upgrade my factory. Presently my trucks mining tool overheats and doesn’t do anything even on level one. However it works smoothly on the timed levels. My factory has also stopped producing anything. Very disappointing from a game I had such a fondness over and and invested money into.

Requiring to collect your data now to play

I paid for this game and can now no longer play. They are requiring me to agree to collect my data in order to play. There is no option to refuse. Agree or no longer play. If this is the case then they need to refund all who have paid.

my game won’t load

Bug: Endless travel to next island

Enjoyed this game for a couple months and got pretty far in the game until I hit a bug. As I was completing a level, I got on the barge to travel to the next island, however, I never arrive. The game is endlessly transporting me to the next island. The company has no way to submit a bug report or contact them for technical support. I’ve waited about a year for them to fix the bug and have automatic app updates enabled on my iphone, so know the app has updated many times and is running on the most recent version. Please fix this bug so I can finally land at the next island and resume playing.
