I use this for work and it is soo frustrating. ATM the app is using 32 GBs of storage. When taking pics the shutter button lags, lags, lags. Then the second click lags even longer. Contacted tech support and was advised that I need to delete the app and reinstall. However doing so deletes any unloaded scans, thereby losing those scans. No way to see how many scans not yet uploaded after closing out a call either. Inexcusable.
The app is unable to process the info and fails you causing you to have to revisit. Burns up battery and data like it’s gas.
Doesn't matter how many updates the app gets it still is a problem with taking pics and loading them.
Since the last iOS update the app keeps shutting down in the middle of scanning. It makes the job harder to do.
App causes my iPhone XS to overheat and crash.
