How can I get in contact with costomer support?
App forces payment even before you run it to evaluate the functionality, does not work well with both front and rear photos and scanning the barcode thereafter, should not be available on the store until it is properly evaluated and improved!
No ability to add barcode manually, or use a saved picture in library.
This App charged me without my consent
I want my money back, this app doesn’t work at all
I canceled the subscription immediately I noticed they deducted money without even my consent. Now i cannot download any other apps because of this app bill!!!
Be VERY carefull! This app misleads you into double clicking again and then you‘ve subscribed for a year. Thanks to excellent service by Standard Bank, who picked it up and called me to confirm, followed by a reversal.
Unless you are happy with R400 being debited immediately as you install DO NOT INSTALL. Where is a free trial like every other app before a user makes an informed decision whether to continue with app or not??
So the store cards sometimes open, and sometimes the cards stagger so you can’t use it or you struggle to scroll to the card you need. Also limits number of cards you can store so it’s basically not worth it for me
I made a wrong subscription and was charged R399.99 by mistake. Can I have a refund
