Can’t use my subscription
I have a subscription for one year, expiring in April2021 but i cannot use the updated app
Subscription lost
The app is great and I used it for a long time. But when they changed the app from storyart to artory, I’ve lost my anual subscription also.
Disappointing
Buggy, and the UX is a bit too complicated. Plus you can only use so little of the all without a subscription.
It’s allowing me to upload my photos
It’s kind of annoying that it doesn’t allow me to upload my pictures to the theme I choose. Uuugghh
Just awesome!
Love all the options. It would be great if we could use the pics that are in the templates!
Not supported by instagram stories uploads
Buy to upload stories on Instagram but it’s not supported

Horrible.
NO clear instructions on how to use this app. Just trying to figure out how to change the color of a font would make you want to scream. Having 10,000 gorgeous templates isn’t worth much if they’re unusuable thanks to poor app design. Paid for a lifetime sub.. wish I hadn’t. Don’t waste your money.
Used to love
I absolutely used to love this app, they even honored the new purchase and give me my old subscription… However, recently, the app is horrible. There is one specific template I use to keep my Instagram uniform, and the template keeps freezing, I can’t insert pictures easily, some days it works other days it doesn’t.
