StoryFire- Watch Videos & Read

This is a dumb idea. I’m sorry. Don’t make this like Instagram or TikTok

I’ve been using StoryFire since the app first launched. I’ve written so many stories. SO MANY. Me and my friends will read our lines and it’s just an awesome concept. This past year I’ve absolutely been hating this app. It’s extremely buggy. When you complete a new line when writing your story, it takes MINUTES to upload. It’s extremely frustrating, it takes so long to make stories now to the point where I don’t even feel like using this app anymore. It makes me so sad because the last part of my childhood I spent on this app. And it’s a waste to me now.

App is very great but whenever I go on it I’m logged out of my account and I login and logs me out it’s super annoying Can you please fix this bug?

I was trying to use the form to report both accessibility and other feedback but the form doesn’t want to put in my requests. Whenever I try to submit something, It never goes through. I always get an error upon submitting. My response is then not submitted.

I’ve been using StoryFire since the first week of release, and now this past year has been terrible. This app is so unresponsive when u go to type new lines. And I’m sick of the porn videos on my feed.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It be easier to go viral on any other app then this app. They want to pretend that it’s a bunch of people who will actually pay attention to you, but unless you’re a big creator friends with one of the Admins/ Discord mods no one has ever going to see you or watch your stuff. Not to mention, I have never been bullied on an app more than when I downloaded this one.

This app is no longer being serviced/updated by the original developer, aka Mcjuggernuggets aka Jesse ridgeway. So whoever bought it for the amount he sold the app for, (was said it was sold for $1) then that’s whoever is running this app which I would not believe have the knowledge to do so. I wouldn’t download nor recommend it was a child idea of an app, literally a copy of YouTube and the story reading app hooked and a little bit of twitter. So I would just recommend sticking with YouTube, twitter/X, and hooked or whatever story app y’all love.

When the app was professionally run, I used to be able to contact actual humans. Now I just feel like there's a void between me and the support team. When the app was run by professionals, they would solve my accessibility concerns. But now that isn’t a thing, therefore, I am unable to use the app due to my visual impairment. that’s right, I have a visual impairment that prevents me from using the StoryFire app like I used to. I don’t know why they made this change, but it was a huge success back then. Now, people just keep deleting their videos from StoryFire. I hope the development team on this app can respond to my inquiry via the App Store, because this is very unacceptable. I can’t even use the Voiceover Air screen reader built on my iPhone to navigate the app. So, the app is pretty much useless to me. Thanks for your time.

I searched high and low for a way to report all the bugs so I figured I’d come here. The only reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because of all the glitches I have to deal with. There’s a bug where if I go to insert a line above another one, it doesn’t do it! It brings me to the very bottom of the page and puts the line there. It’s so much harder for me to write on this app than it ever was. This app deserves 5 stars but I can’t give 5 stars if I have to fight the app and all of its glitches to the death every time I go into the app! Fix the bugs before adding features, this app is being KILLED!

This app is scam and waste of money to use it.
