StoryZ: AI Video Generator

i have signed up for the Premium one year membership contract and payment was made, however when i sign in the pro features are all disabled and the app keeps asking me if i want to upgrade to the pro version. Very frustrating and no support from StoryZ team

I have upgraded to the premier version of the App but my second gadget sometimes does not pick up the purchase. Why is this?

I love this app more than any other social media application I have come across so far and bring some of my favorite photos to life to make my StoryZ wall more interesting and my Instagram more edgy. However it’s happened to me twice now where the app won’t open it gets stuck on its loading page and the only way I have found around it is to delete the app and reinstall it :(

Still waiting, what’s up with StoryZ developers still ignoring me? There are new features on this app & I still am not able to access my premium that I paid for. If You can’t fix this issue, give me my money back. I’m considering Your lack of not responding if a rip off, due to the lack of support. Developers, you created this app & I can’t understand why you are unable to fix the issue? I thought it was time to revised my review. I really thought that this time that a developer contacted me about the issue of not being able to login & use the premium features. It’s been several months & the Developers have not fixed the log in error, so I can proceed in enjoying the app. I haven’t been waiting & hoping to receive some kind of message letting me know what’s going on but nothing! This has gotten very old & more & more frustrating. After years of not being able to login & use the app one you think that the app developers would be concerned enough to find a fix to the login problem. By reading one of the reviews, it seems that the developers aren’t paying attention to their app or their user’s comments. I have never encountered issues with an app or the developers. It would seem that they would take pride in the app they developed. 2024 a developer reached out to me. I appreciate developer that a developer contacted me about the issues concerning my Premium membership & Problems with the login. Hope that he will assist me further In solving the problematic issue with the app. Thank You for Your response, my only question is do You have any idea how much longer it will be to correct the issues with StoryZ, sure would be great to be able to use the app again without any further issues. Developers, You need to step it up. I’ve used your app for years now and it’s currently nothing but a hassle. The feed only shows the same few photos on it. No featured artist of the day. Trouble uploading finished piece to post. Just says “Oops, something went wrong”. Tried to email support and didn’t even give me an option to send the message. Our background photos on our personal page is blank now. I pay for pro, but I’m gonna ditch the app if you dismiss what you’re description claims. Clean it up or I’m out. I will not pay for another pro. If you guys charge me, I’m going to contact Apple, explain you’ve abandoned the app and will be refunded.

It took me about three months to find this app because I forgot the name of it but when I found it, I was so happy this is the only app I need for images. Nothing else.

The issue regarding the app’s “Backdrop” feature that I texted you about was resolved after downloading the update of your new app version. The changes you made are awesomely good! I will continue to be a faithful subscriber of StoryZ, and thank you for your support services. Paul

The app claims to remove their watermark from the finished product if you pay a subscription but after deleting and redownloading the app it still puts a watermark on my images despite being a two year paying customer
