I want to return and order to my local post office however when I got write my postcode or street name it says that there is no result therefore I cannot return my order! This needs to be fixed.
I’ve bought Stradivarius items before and really liked them but there seem to have been some major changes. Jeans are much lower quality, and completely different sizes. Took over a week to dispatch the items. Then, when trying to return a faulty QR code was provided where half of it was cut off. Tried to contact customer service about it and they were totally useless and were unable to locate the return (even with a return number provided).
I registered via Apple, and now, when I try to log in, it says your account is disabled. I am not able to see my order status or can’t access my wishlist. I can not log in by entering my email since I used the hide my email option. This was not the only problem; previously, when I made an order, the order status wasn’t updated, so it was saying in transit, but it was delivered, and I wouldn’t know if I didn’t ask them. This happened more than once.
Love this clothing store! The app has made my frequent purchases from here so much easier😄
I opted for the online receipt when I purchased an item in one of the stores. Instead of receiving a receipt like I normally do from other shops, I had to register to get the receipt, which is ridiculous. You need to make it clear to your customers that that is what is going to happen. The receipt wasn’t showing up on the app. I had to log in on the website where I was able to access the receipt. I had to wait 24 hours to access the receipt on the app. Not a good start. To make matters worse, when I returned the item to the same store I did not receive an email confirmation or notification on the app to confirm my return. The return was processed according to the cashier and the manager said that I needed to wait 5 working days to see if the money will be refunded, which will confirm that the return was processed. My anxiety was high! I instead opted to contact the company on the app via email. The box doesn’t allow for much to be written inside so it makes it hard to explain what the issues is. I instead had to use the WhatsApp option to speak to someone. Once my issue has been resolved, I will be deleting the app. I can’t speak on the online purchases and refund process because I haven’t used it. It seems like they need to work on the issues for the in store purchase and refund receipt, as well as notifications.
I ordered a white top to go with my jeans and only the jeans were delivered. I tried to email but it says my order number is invalid and I also tried to WhatsApp but the same thing happened. I would at least like a refund

I placed an order on the 25th of November and my order hasn’t been delivered yet and no one is able to inform me when it will be delivered. I have tried contacting them via live chat but somehow it doesn’t work and i have send maybe a dozen email, none of which have been replied!!!! This is madness, there is no one you can talk to and you just have to sit and wait to see whether your order will be delivered or not. This is the most terrible customer service i have ever encountered!!!!!
