Confusing and difficult to use, used to have a much simpler system for small companies. As they say, it ain’t broke, don’t mend it… SC has completely messed up….

It’s a nightmare. So unintuitive.

Very slow and sluggish also nowhere to log out sign.

After updating the app requires re registration. At the last stage where you set security questions it says something went wrong and you receive an email that Registration complete. When you go to login again it requires you to re register and it is a loop. Phone restarts did not help. Absolutely horrible. In addition, we need to clear salary which is now stuck. SCB urgently needs to do something about it.

Hello Your at just shuts it self down and it crashes

Since updating the App, ID authentication has failed. After multiple calls to our Account Manager, I have restarted the phone several times, and it has still failed to work.

Settings options in menu is not taking me anywhere. I would like to add my new id but unable to do so. I already have couple of ids added, it was straightforward fore update. First tried to go app support option but it only opens sc.com

Not able to see any transaction in the from last 4-5 days kindly look into it

One cannot choose / click on the options to operate this app. Very frustrating

pls start imps facilities through mobile app.also the app is very very slow
