Strata Pro

What a horrible piece of software……has not worked since the day we installed and re-installed about 20x……no customer support…..have emailed 5x without a single response. I am asking for a full refund.

I wish I can still see the battery status while using the app. The app has been shut down once while in rehearsal. So I think still need to have the laptop setup in case the app crash. I also wish to have a larger/longer tbar And there should also be Pro version for iPhone. I purchase the Pro, but if I want it on my iPhone, I still need to buy the non-pro version again

The app works great but the ad’s are in the way and easy to hit and off you go to an ad. There shouldn’t be ad’s in a paid app and sure should Not be where it can be hit while working the app!

UPDATE: For about a month I am seeing an Avert overland onto the Strata name if touched a link is opened. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Disrupts work flow!!!

I paid for this app. Why am I also getting ads? With the tight UI, I have more than once hit the ad, trying to hit a button. I will find another way to control my ATEM switcher.

Hello, please assist with setting up, as I purchased other software on this tablet and they work well after asking for similar credentials as what this one asks for. Namely IP address, some even ask for port number and password. Are there cases where this wouldn’t work even with strong WiFi? Thank you

I purchased the pro version because I wanted to control my mic inputs on the atem mini pro. I can control the audio on cameras 3 and 4 only; I cannot control any other audio. The video works well; however, I purchased the app mainly for sound control. I sent a few emails and I am waiting to hear back on this. Wow! Mic control was just fixed; it works great now. I cannot get Strata Pro to have audio control for my ATEM switchers (I have 3). I have written the developer for assistance and have gotten no reply. Feels like support for this app may be gone. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. I will try to update my review if I get any response/solution from developer.

I bought the STRATA pro app for $50 and it worked good for a while and a few months ago it stopped working. When I try to type in the IP address it doesn’t stay there, I’ve tried everything but there is no way to “save” the IP. If I click on settings or “return” on my keyboard it goes back blank once I click on settings again. Recently I bought STRATA Macro (another $50) thinking maybe this app will work fine but it has the same problem. If the developer team is going to look at the comment (or for the readers) I went from at 192.168 type of IP to a 10.1.10 type of IP address. I do not think that should have any difference for the app because all the other apps (even the free trial ones) work fine with this new IP address. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that the development team looks into this problem and fixes it because I practically threw $50 down the drain (I will not say the same about the STRATA PRO app because I was able to use it for a while). If the development team looks into this problem and fixes it I will change this review.

it's not working with Atem Production Studio 4K. I hope to see working on new update for my Atem.
