Takes forever to connect. Would never survive in a horror movie. It’s so cumbersome and useless. I don’t understand why my building uses this. I really dislike it.

consistently logs you out and semi-regularly can’t connect to the lock. not user friendly compared to other apps

The app is lit. Love it so far.

I used all the time because I’m a dog walker, and is terrible 🤦🏻‍♀️. Sometimes I have to wait more than 20m to open the doors …

Having a phone app instead of a key is so stupid for all the reasons you’d expect. You can’t get into your apartment if your phone is dead. Plus, the app is so slow. It’s so inconvenient to have to take out your phone and wait for it to connect to the door especially when you’re running late. If you’re a landlord looking at getting this for your property please please please reconsider.

Worst experience ever

The app is good but needs some improvements. Widgets are entirely broken and missing even though the app says it supports them. It would also be nice to have some Apple Watch support so I don’t depend entirely on one device to access building or at least access to actions in the app through shortcuts would be appreciated.

Customer service is lacking severely. I live and work at a company that uses the app and fob system through them. We have been experiencing technical issues for 2 days. People are getting locked out of the garage, entrance to the building, amenities, etc. They told us it’s not an emergency because the app is back up. I explained the app is having an issue as well. They said they “forwarded” the issue to the emergency team. They have provided 0 tangible action items they are taking to resolve it. I haven’t receive an update without calling them. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and just give the run around saying they are looking into it. It should not take 2 days to hear from someone other than rep who can only tell me to replace 1000+ fobs which is grossly unreasonable to expect us to have that many replacement keys for a clearly technical issue on their part. The app is spotty at best and has issues every couple months which leads to folks being stuck outside the building at any hour of the night or day. They could at the very least spare a few minutes to have an in depth convo with paying customers, but apparently they have better things to do. If they took care of their customers I’d say it’s a decent app/system, but if you ever have an issue they are not very responsive and are quick to defer to blaming the other companies they integrate with.

Never works right

I cannot believe this app has 4.5 stars. In the 6 months in this building, me, my family, and my guests are constantly locked out of my home. Their only solution—delete and redownload. After the first dozen times, I can say with certainty that is not the fix. Their tech people have no idea. Many people in the building have the same issues. Hopefully when the agreement is up, they can switch to something else. Absolutely terrible.
