It’s great I don’t know why people think it’s bad
I think this app is really good for changing the colors of the light stick but I don’t know if it is good at keeping tickets safe but it is great for the light stick colors
it’s very good in my opinion!
though the app someone glitches, and i think the ticket registration is a wip. But i figured out the app very quickly, and i cant stop messing with it. this app is so good! it was a little confusing, but it was easy to understand.
Ticket registration
JYP please fix ticket registration part of the app so I can use my light stick in their concert in May, I don’t know if I’m supposed to wait til the concert day but please fix the ticket registration for the app so it works better.
doesnt work
i just got my lightstick and immediately went to get the app. i opened it but all i saw was “403 forbidden” on my screen. ive deleted the app, downloaded it again, and it still wouldnt work. I even powered off my phone and did it all again. i’ve probably done this 4 times and it still wouldnt work. ——— ok, i just figured it out. i was scrolling through u guys’ reviews and one of u guys said to turn off the wifi. AND IT WORKED.
Ticket registration issue
Comes up blank. Really nervous about the upcoming concert and the light stick not working

It disconnects whenever i leave the app. Idk what to do to make it not disconnect
Doesn’t work
When I open the app it says forbidden 404. How are fans supposed to connect their lightstick if the app doesn’t work.

It’s a good app i can change the color and stuff but i just cant change the ticket registration? it wont show anything so if you guys can explain it more it would be helpful, do i need to wait the day of the concert to register it?
Forbidden 403..???
I purchased my lightstick and followed the directions to download the app. As soon as I got in, the only words that popped up were “Forbidden 403” or “403 Forbidden”. I’ve seen a bunch of other reviews with the same problem, and it still has not been fixed. Please fix this!🙏
