Switched from zen planner and SugarWOD and are very pleased with this all in one app. They continually work to improve app and system.

I had been with another software since 2009. Not only had they stopped making improvements, everything was becoming more steps, more difficult. Their app never came to fruition for gym clients or coach/owners. I’ve been with StreamFit for a year and their customer service is amazing. They continue to work out the bugs and make improvements on their app and desktop platform. And at half the price of other software. Highly recommend

We switched from mindbody and sugarwod to Streamfit in December of 2023 and have been beyond pleased. All questions we’ve had have been answered through Dustin himself or the community group through Discord! The all in one platform is always striving to become better, takes appropriate feedback, and has been exactly what our gym was missing. Grateful.

Hard to navigate; not intuitive to use; confusing. Our Box went from Wodify to this and I could not import five years of history

I love the ease of use when it works but the whole dashboard-store-results-chat bar DOES NOT WORK all of the time. So I can sign up for classes but cannot navigate to my data or anything else. That is not cool. I have turned off my phone, re-loaded the app, deleted and re-applied the app multiple times to no avail.

Can’t even add a profile image! Register ed classes appear in horizontal view have to scroll to see. No bells or whistles here. Disappointing!!!!

ONCE YOU ENTER A PAYMENT METHOD YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO REMOVE IT!!!!!! The only way you can remove a payment method is if you get “permission” from your gym/ex gym or if you replace it with a new payment method!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! NOT WORTH THE RISK!! TELL YOUR GYM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENROLL IF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS MANDATORY!!!

Before I would have said no, but after using this I’m ready to say yes. They must give an extremely low price point to gym owners, knowing their product is crap. Shady business. The only positive reviews on here are clearly inside-jobs.

App is so easy to use. So user-friendly & weights get calculated easily for you. Highly recommended for any gym owner.

Our gym just switched to this and took away BTWB. It is difficult to use. Not nearly as thorough and easy to use as btwb. No history now. 😩. I will stick with BTWB!!
