I created a case requesting for technical visit, And the other a Technician came to my house. Super fast and no need to call customer representative.

always loading, no data displayed after loading, stupid application and ISP.

No choice kami dahil sila lang pwede makapasok na internet provider dito sa lugar namin. Pero laging walang internet at puro paniningil lang ang alam. Yung customer service kung walang sasagot bigla kang bababaan pag wala na silang masabi.

The app is not working, at all!!! Such a waste of your phone’s internal storage. I regret downloading it. 👎👎👎

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service I have received from your company. Despite paying my bill in full and on time every month, I am continually faced with the frustration of unreliable internet connectivity. It seems that like clockwork, every month I experience prolonged periods of no internet access, leaving me unable to work, communicate, or even relax properly in my own place. This recurring issue has become not only an inconvenience but a major source of stress and anger. I find it utterly unacceptable that I am expected to pay the same amount each month for a service that is so consistently unreliable. It is clear that your company is failing to deliver on its promises and provide the level of service that customers rightfully expect and deserve.

Terrible internet provider every month always service interruption. Speed not stable. Most of the time no net at all 1-2 days. Hard to reach customer service. Overall terrible internet provider should be negative stars.

Poor app

The thing about this company is that it’s the only ISP provider available in Camella. Poor customer service, poor connection, poor service provided by their engineers and IT. What good does your company do? 🤣
