Fabulous service

Used the street cars app for the first time. Very easy to use. Texts confirmed booking and on arrival a text informing us that the driver was at the desk. Great service and will certainly use again.

Rude reception staff but excellent driver

My driver Kai-Wah was amazing and really nice and chatty, however booking the taxi was horrendous. The wait times were quite long, which I don’t mind since it’s peak holiday time, however the man on the desk was incredibly rude to not just me, but all the other customers - hence the 2 star review.

Doesn’t work. Worst cab firm ever.

App doesn’t work. Website doesn’t work. They don’t answer the phone.

This app does not work. Keeps telling me verification code doesn’t work. Have deleted and reinstalled theee times. No more!

Worse than pointless

Book inside the terminal, don’t use the app…
