Street Smart - parking app

The STREET SMART app IS very poorly developed, it did not go to QA/QC before it is being implemented. it charges you for Php10 when you try to add credit card as payment method but it doest go through which makes you try and try again until you are charged again and again, too hassle and they fool the public. Shame on you people!
